November 2016 Maui Real Estate Market Statistics have been released by the Realtors Association of Maui. Here is an overview of some of this month’s data:
Single Family Homes
Units Sold: 91 (up from 82 previous month, up from 72 year ago month)
Median Sales Price: $635,000 (up from $632,500 previous month, up from $550,000 year ago month)
Total Sales Volume: $102,462,353 (up from $65,276,867 previous month, up from $54,876,344 year ago month)
Average Days on Market: 107
Condominiums
Units Sold: 111 (up from 97 previous month, up from 74 year ago month)
Median Sales Price: $380,000 (down from $460,000 previous month, down from $475,000 year ago month)
Total Sales Volume: $50,610,326 (down from $65,967,872 previous month, up from $47,601,004 year ago month)
Average Days on Market: 116
Vacant Land
Units Sold: 10 (down from 12 previous month, up from 9 year ago month)
Median Sales Price: $377,065 (down from $455,000 previous month, down from $520,000 year ago month)
Total Sales Volume: $5,089,980 (down from $6,237,500 previous month, down from $12,947,000 year ago month)
Average Days on Market: 152
